A deposit of €100.00 must be paid to secure a booking (only deposits secure booking). Bookings are on a first come, first served basis. Closing dates for deposits is April 15th 2011, but some tours maybe filled long before this date so if you intend to travel, please send your deposit early to secure your place.
If you have paid a deposit and are unable to travel we will refund your deposit if you cancel your reservation not less than 14 days before date of departure or we will try to facilitate you on another trip if possible. The balance of the fare must be paid 14 days prior to date of departure.
People can choose their own seats on the coach. While we are aware that some popple are bad traveller's and are unable to travel back beyond the first few seats, we will try to facilitate everyone as best we can, so when you send in your booking form you might inform us you require a front seat but only if you are a bad traveller. We are aware from last year's trips of a number of people who had to use the front seats. By having this information it avoids any confusion and makes it much easier to fill the coach at the pick up points.
